You have a 30-day right of return when shopping at Jitzysofa.com. This means you have 30 days from delivery to decide if you want to keep your furniture.

Why do you need the trial?
You’re welcome to try your product at home — just like you would with every other product. — but please avoid using it. If the item shows signs of use beyond this, we may consider it as used, and that will affect the refund.
If you wish to cancel or exchange your item, we kindly ask that you complete a return through our Whatsapp and simply place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
